Physocarpus capitatus (Pacific Ninebark)

An attractive wetland shrub

Pacific Ninebark grows to 12 feet in height with arching branches that can spread out to 10 feet or more.  Being a wetland species, Pacific Ninebark likes moist soils and grows best in full sun to part shade.  Pacific Ninebark has a wonderful white flower cluster that drys and turns red after the blooms have fallen.  Plant in an area that gets regular garden watering or along a pond or stream.  Pacific Ninebark can be staked and pruned to form a tree.  Please contact us for pricing and availability.
