Golden Currant is a wonderful shrub growing to nine feet in height.  It prefers moist, well draining soils in partial shade, and is most commonly found along streams.   For best results, normal garden watering is required.  Its spectactular yellow spring flowers are often quite fragrant making this a favorite for the garden.  The bitter berries vary in color from red to almost black and add interest after the bloom.  Please contact us for pricing and availability.
